By registering for the Orion Partner Programme ("Programme"), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

The Orion Partner Programme enables individuals and businesses to introduce potential clients to Orion Axis Corporate Services Provider L.L.C. (“Orion Axis”) for UAE business setup and related corporate services.

2. Referral Rewards

Eligible participants may receive:

• AED 1,500 Direct Referral Reward for each successful client conversion resulting from their valid referral.
• AED 500 Network Reward for each successful client conversion referred by a partner you directly introduced to the Programme.

The Network Reward applies to one level only and does not extend to further levels of referrals.

3. Referral Attribution

• All referrals must be submitted through Orion Axis-approved referral channels.
• Referral attribution will be based on Orion Axis records.
• If multiple parties claim the same referral, credit will be given to the first valid, timestamped referral submission received by Orion Axis.
• Existing Orion Axis leads, duplicate submissions and retrospective referral claims are not eligible.

4. Successful Conversion

A referral becomes eligible for a reward only after:

• The client completes onboarding.
• All required client agreements are signed.
• Orion Axis receives the applicable professional fees in cleared funds.
• Internal approval requirements have been completed.

5. Reward Payment

Rewards are paid once only for the initial qualifying business setup conversion.

Any Direct Referral Reward and/or Network Reward due shall be paid within the first five (5) business days of the calendar month following the month in which the Successful Conversion occurred.

No reward is payable for:

• Renewals
• Repeat business
• Upgrades
• Additional services
• Subsequent transactions from the same client

6. Fair Participation

Participants must not submit:

• Self-referrals
• Referrals involving their own related entities
• Duplicate or artificial referrals
• False, misleading or inaccurate client information

7. Relationship With Orion Axis

Participation in the Programme does not create any employment, partnership, agency, joint venture or authority to represent Orion Axis.

Participants must not:

• Make commitments on behalf of Orion Axis.
• Guarantee business setup, licensing, visa, banking, tax, legal or regulatory outcomes.
• Represent themselves as employees or authorised representatives of Orion Axis.

8. Agreement Completion

Registration confirms your interest in joining the Programme.

Orion Axis may request additional information and require completion of a formal Partner Agreement before activating referral benefits or processing any reward payments.

9. Orion Axis Rights

Orion Axis reserves the right to verify all referrals, request supporting documentation, determine reward eligibility, amend the Programme, or suspend or terminate participation at its sole discretion where misuse, fraud or breach of these Terms & Conditions is identified.

Declaration

By submitting this registration, I confirm that I have read and agree to the Orion Partner Programme Terms & Conditions and understand that participation and reward eligibility are subject to Orion Axis verification, approval and completion of any required documentation.
